You can do heaps better.
However, I have the XB271HU and have used the PG279Q in the past, and the 165Hz overclocking option causes incessant stuttering on both, and lines across the monitor, additionally it looks exactly the same as 144Hz.
G-Sync isn't useful unless you're hitting around the 60fps mark in games that you want settings cranked on, but with a 1080ti that shouldn't be an issue at all, so you shouldn't base your monitor purchase on either of those.
Get an IPS, 1440p 144hz 27" monitor without G-Sync or 165Hz OCing, not worth the extra $200.
The 850 Evo 500GB is $100 cheaper and gives you as much performance as you need, the 960 Evo is overkill unless doing heavy video transfer etc.

Remember to get the AM4 upgrade kit from...

1. Are you sure about the monitor? Cause Ive read that acer xb271hu and PG279Q are top 1440p monitor with the best colours and input lag? If they are the same and you think that i shouldnt need G-sync then wow , Asus MG279Q Im on my way.

2.Is the memory ok?

3.Should i get only 2 ssd without hard drive?

4.Is a full tower better for airflow and stuff? (I will be putting it under my desk).

Thank you for your response.

Isn`t unity and streaming heavy programs?

Or should I go with i7-7700k?

Yes i'm sure about the monitor, they're all IPS, the MG279Q is pretty much a G-Sync-less version of the PG279Q with a different stand.
Get a 500GB SSD for OS, software and file/video transfer (Assuming you're putting this on an external drive after working with it) and maybe one or two games you want faster loading times in, and a HDD separate.
SSDs are expensive, you're better off with a hard drive for primary file storage.

No, a mid tower is plenty in terms of size, and bigger does not necessarily mean better air flow.
For under your desk a mid tower is the perfect size.
Unity and streaming will utilize your CPU, but not to the degree that you need a 1700X. I only left the 1700X in there because I didn't know if you were doing youtube stuff.
If you're not doing youtube work, get this, a 7700k is heaps for streaming and unity work and will give you better gaming performance.
Also remember, don't get the founders edition 1080ti, get the rest of the stuff and grab an aftermarket cooled 1080ti when they release, the FE has poor thermals.

Really difficult to change from PG279Q to MG279Q , but I`ll guess you`re right.

Yeah , I preordered asus strix gtx 1080 TI.

I was always into intel but didn`t knew if it could keep up with streaming. But with i7-7700k I could do youtube content normally too, right? And for streaming (sth like overwatch) will i7-7700k handle in good quality?

ABOUT THE BUILD:
Is the cpu cooler enough?
I would want a 750w sth like supernova.
Do you know any good gaming peripherals? For gaming.
Do i need sound card and some other stuff? DOnt really know anything else.
Should i go with the strix motherboard? Have read good reviews about it .

You'll still be able to do all that youtube stuff to a very high level of efficiency, but if you were doing heavy video work the extra threads of the 1700X would help.
The cooler is heaps.
A 550w G series Seasonic will be better quality, and is much better value, don't bother investing in SLI imo.
For gaming peripherals get these:

No you don't need a sound card unless you have high end audiophile headphones.
The Z270-H Strix is a good value clean board if you want to go for it.
