SO lately my internet has gone to comlpete sh*t and I've been trying countless things to get it back to normal. I recently installed a program to see what ip's are hogging my bandwidth. My personal IP came up as expected, but also MULTIPLE others that I have no knowledge of whatsoever. According to this program, there are 43 devices all with the same IP accessing my network. Is this a DDoS? Someone please help...

log into your router, change the WIFI Password, change administrator password, reboot router and PC
log back into router in admin section look at "what devices are connected" refresh every 5 mins for 15 mins to see if anyone else is your network.
