Sorry for double posting but nobody answered my question..

So I'm using a 530 watts power supply and I'm going to upgrade my GTX 950 to a GTX 1070 FE.
GTX 950 uses 90 Watts and 1070 Uses 150
My specs:

H110 Plus motherboard
I5 6500
8 GB ddr4 2133
HDD 1TB
What more?

I don't want to get a power supply unless if I really have to.. Do you guys think 530 watts is enough for my specs and a 1070?

As I said it is rated at 500 watts. It is at the minimum recommended wattage for your graphics card. If you are confident in the power supply, that is what matters.

I stress the need of a good power supply. It supplies DC voltage for your components, and it is the last defense from power surges in the household electrical current.
The GTX 1070 has a system requirement of a 500 watt power supply. I generally recommend a quality power supply from a known brand. I've never heard of the power supply that you listed. It isn't on the power supply tiered list either. So although it is rated at 500 watts, I can't really say that it is a good power supply.
