i5 6600 RX 480 8Gb throttle

I cant find the cause to why the GPU is throttling and causing games to what it seems like lag or loads I built this system myself and its my first build I have had no troubles besides this


My specs:
GPU: AMD Radeon (TM) RX 480
CPU: Intel i5-6600 CPU @ 3.30GHz
RAM: 16 GB Crucial DDR4
MOBO: Gigabyte B150M-D3H
PSU 600w

Are all motherboard and gpu drivers up to date?
If yes download DDU, uninstall your gpu driver and then reinstall encase its corrupted.

Can you give us more detail. What fps are you getting? What is your CPU and gpu usage in game? What resolution are you gaming at?
