Would this PC build beat the PS4 Pro?

Hello, so I'm trying to build a budget gaming PC at around $600 to run some games. Ideally, I'd want my PC to run at 1080p resolution at 60 FPS. Obviously, I'd want my settings to be better than that of the PS4 Pro.

Build linked below:

Would spending the extra $200 make the graphics marginally better than the PS4 Pro to justify spending the extra cash? I would also appreciate alternatives or a build that would perform marginally better.

I will be mainly running LoL, WoW, and Overwatch (which I know would be playable on max settings), but I would also like to play higher-demanding games such as Battlefield 1 and Mass Effect: Andromeda on high to ultra settings (if that's even possible at this price range).

It would need a BIOS update to support a Kaby Lake. But you wont be able to update it because it wont post

You'll have to either take it to a shop and get them to update with a Skylake first. Or buy / borrow a Skylake to flash the BIOS, before you can use a Kaby Lake CPU

If you want a Kaby Lake buy a Z270 / B250 mobo

+1 to what Paul NZ said about getting the B250 mobo, those are designed for the Kaby Lake.

Instead of the RX 480, get a GTX 1060 6GB, which is 10% faster.

Yes, it will play most games at 1080p at 60 Hz with high to ultra settings. (Some of the more demanding games will require you to scale back on some of the settings, of course.)

What MOBO would you recommend? I'm trying to cut back on the pricing since I still need to buy a monitor and I'm trying to keep everything under $1000

Hey, here's a similar build that was being suggested on another thread, which suits your purpose, too. You can use this motherboard. List also shows a nice 144 Hz 1080p monitor too as well as an an SSD for the faster boot. Fits your $1000 budget.

You can of course remove the SSD and case (if you already have it). Which PSU do you currently have as it wasn't in your list?

A PS4 pro wouldn't even be in the same league, as this.
