Can anyone identify this GPU?

I'm afraid to put this in my system, because my dad told me he needed a 1400 Watt PSU for two of these. (It was a lightcoin mining machine) So I want to be sure I can put this in my system.

It's made by Club3D and probably an HD 7970, impossible to tell without seeing the sticker on the back though. Is it dual 8 pin or 8 pin and 6 pin? I mean regardless you should be able to run it just fine on a 500-600W Quality PSU

Thanks for answering, that really puts my mind at ease. It has one 8 pin and one 6 pin connector by the way
