Case Pin Connectors

I just got my ASUS PRIME B250M-A and as I was looking through the box did not notice a case pin connection. So I've been trail and erroring but can't seem to find the right way for every thing. Please help if you can!

What is a case pin connection? I know there are motherboard leads that connect to pins that come with the case but a case pin connection that comes with the motherboard is not something I am familiar with. There is a chassis intrusion connector but that too comes with the case.

Sorry poorly worded, I'm talking about the sheet that will tell me how to hook up my case power button and the like to my motherboard.
