Ive just upgraded my old amd computer with a new motherboard new ram and new cooler new cpu

Build:
MSI Z170A Gaming Pro carbon
i7 7700k
corsair ram vengeance 3200mhz (CMK16GX4M2B3200C16r)
The gpu is not plugged in currently (XFX radeon hd 7950)
Samsung ssd 850 1tb
powersupply 700w

When i boot my computer the screen turns on saying there is no signal Ive noticed the ddr led light is on ive tried taking one of my corsair 3200mhz ram out and moved it between all the slots no luck, ive checked the cpu there is no bent pins the cooler is running Thermal paste is applied
When i move my ram to slot 3&4 the ddr led light is off but still the same problem nothing on the screen

Solution

Yes, assuming all components are fully operational (and you just can't tell it yet).
Did you get the mobo with already updated BIOS? If no, it will not run with 7700k until you do that. And to do that yourself, you need SkyLake CPU.
Other options are find a comp shop that will update the mobo, or send mobo back and get Z270 instead.

You need a Z270 chipset motherboard to use a Kaby Lake CPU. Z170 requires a BIOS update. It won't POST or anything without that update. You will need to either return the motherboard and get a Z270 chipset model, buy the cheapest Skylake CPU so you can perform a BIOS update, downgrade to the 6700K or find a computer shop that will perform the BIOS update with a Skylake CPU. Although it is likely cheaper to buy the cheapest Skylake than pay a shop.
