Right, so my internet speed is 50 up and 50 down most of the time, sometimes lower. I'm on Huawei B593 LTE 4G 3G Wireless Gate router and the problem happens with both wifi and cable, whenever my mom starts watching whatever shows she watches online or simply watches a video on facebook I get terrible lag spikes in CS:GO, they happen every minute or so and go up to 400, then down again and so on. It also happens when I watch twitch streams on my phone while playing, its very annoying and I was wondering if someone knows more about this type of stuff. At first my mom was connected to the wifi but then I bought another cable and ran it to her room, it still makes me lag like hell and sometimes its completely unplayable, I thought turning wifi off would help but it didnt seem to make a difference at all.

Well, by streaming something in like she does, your mom is effectively using most of the bandwidth available on your connection which will cause your game ping to spike. Unfortunately, there is no real way to limit the bandwidth a user can use on those devices (that I know of), so you'll have to live with not playing when mom wants to stream ;)
