for that amount of money I don't see a meaningful upgrade possible for you CPU/mobo/ram. At best you could pick up a new video card but with your weak CPU the upgrade won't be a very large one. Maybe a GTX 1050Ti or RX 460 would be your best bets with that budget.

unfortunately your whole system is dated for modern games. It is esports capable, some indie 2d stuff, older titles of course but other then that you need a whole new platform. A new CPU, motherboard, at least 8 GB of ram (16GB would be better), and a new GPU. Your hard drive is all I would be carrying over to your new build and even then I would suggest getting an SSD for your boot drive. What kind of upgrade budget do you have?

You can reuse the HDD. Since did not mention your budget, below is the budget friendly componments.
If you don't want the i7 because it's out of your budget then you can get:
i5-7600 3.5GHz
EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB SC GAMING Video Card
MSI B150 Gaming M3 ATX
Gigabyte GA-Z270P-D3 ATX LGA1151
Western Digital Blue 250GB SSD
====================================
Total: $789.31

Honestly I would wait for the AMD Ryzen r5s to launch. You could pick up a 4C/8T CPU for cheap...compared to intel at least. With the state of gaming ATM and in the future 4C/8T is the minimum I would want for a CPU. 4C/4T is already starting to show it's age in new games like Ghost Recon Wildlands, Watch Dogs 2, and BF1 to name a few games that can take every thread you can throw at them.

I have like 150$, for example i dont want 500fps - ultra details on every game. I just know what to upgrade. I think processor ram and motherboard right?
