Air pockets in xspc x20 750 cpu and gpu cooling set up

I'm using the xspc x20 750 r4 pump res and the set up goes to cpu gpu radiator and then back to the rest, there appears to be a persistent issue that has built up with the cpu gpu and radiator and my tubes have big pockets of air that the pump has to push through. I tilt the radiator so that the liquid goes into the out tube and fills it up but I know that distributes the air to the radiator instead. I've emptied it out a few times I'm not sure what else can be done except leave it for a few hours and come back to it.

This set up worked perfectly originally and was not as issue nor did it make a weird vibration noises.

Have you run the loop for a while with the reservoir vented? You cannot just fill and seal it until you purge air from the loop - otherwise it does not have the ability to properly equalize and move air out of the system through the reservoir.

Thanks but upon further inspection it seems that green goop has congealed in the CPU block. I understand that air has to have another place to go but I believe originally why the loop failed in the first place before refilling was because of the aforementioned goop. It's not 'micro bubbles' but entire sections of the tubing which are unable to pass liquid due to there being no pressure in one part but immense pressure in another - I could disconnect a tube and there would be no flow out of the CPU but the pump would still be pumping into the CPU (to no avail).
