Hey guys, I'm planing to buy the Scythe Big Shuriken 2 Rev.B but Im concerned about the compatibility with the Gigabyte ga-z270n-gaming 5 motherboard. http://

Do you think they are compatible? Thanks in advance.

65mm from centre of CPU socket to edge of that long piped heatsink & opposite to the ram means you've got plenty of clearance.

Just check those dimension with a tape measure / ruler.

They are definitely compatible, look at the socket type and you can see if it's compatible. In this case you are using LGA 1151 and the CPU cooler supports LGA 1151 so it IS compatible.

I'm more concerned about the mobo I/O cover blocking the cooler. Thanks for your answer.

Make sure you have low profile ram.
This is a very similar build - see what you're dealing with here.
It will clear the backplate , it won't clear high heatsinked ram.
