Graphics card under rs 10000. ~USD 170

Hi, i have geforce 210 1gb right now..it gives me 17 fps for gta 4 at medium/high(except shadows on lowest and vehicle density at 12) @ 720p. It gives 12 fps to gta 5 at lowest settings..I bought that card when I was new to gaming but now I want to move high so that I can play games like gta 5 and just cause 3 w/o shutter lag and with improved graphics in budget.

For AMD, this one is on sale right now and after rebate its 160 usd https://www.amazon.com/MSI-GAMING-RX-470-4G/dp/B01JS9F9K4?th=1

Both would definitely be an upgrade from a 210 assuming your pc can run the cards. Might be a good idea to put your specs in your post so anyone can see and try to make sure they recommend you a compatible card.
