Well i need some help .
Im probbably buying GTX 1060 3GB what version is the best ?

The EVGA ACX 2.0 is what I have. It meets my needs pretty well, I can run pretty much any game at 60fps. (I have an i7 3770k)

Nope, there should not be any bottleneck. The main difference between single fan and two fans is cooling. You should be fine with the one fan, but if you want a different GPU with two fans, go for it

Well soo difference between companies Msi , Gigabyte , EVGA are mostly cooling fans ?

Not exactly. Clock speeds are what the main differences are. Just find a GPU with the amount of fans you want. But also you must make sure the clock speed is what you want too.
