Hi there. It's kinda a jerk question, but nobody will punch me for that.
I have G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 in dual (2x8gb) and Asus Maximus VIII Hero motherboard. I set XMP to 3200mhz. CPU-Z shows that: DRAM Frequency 1600mhz. Should I multiply it x2 when it's dual channel, what mean that it's 1600+1600=3200 - correct or it's something wrong with my settings?

Solution
cpu-z frequencies need to be doubled to find true speed. So yes, you are running at 3200. Your bios should report the speed of the ram when booting up as well if you want to double check.
"DDR" = Double Data Rate.
