the lowest value it goes is 1.2, and highest is 1.26 which i have it set at. my cpu is an i5 6600k and mobo is a z170 gaming 3. i have all c states enabled and i am on balanced power mode for windows and set minimum cpu frequency to 5%. the actual CPU is downclocking to around 900 mhz during idle, but the voltage stays the same
cpu vcore not downclocking during idle!
