I have been selecting the parts for my pc, but I wanted to have an insight on it.
I want it to be as easily upgradable as possible and for it to be "Future Proof", and I don't know if there's any physical incompatibilities or hardware problems.
I'd like to stick with Nvidia and Intel, but any opinion on what I would otimize on without having to spend insane amounts of money is welcome.
I'd also work in programming and basic 3D Modeling (reasons why I´m not sure about my Intel and if Multi-Threading would actually help me).
Or there might be something I don't even need.
Anyways, Hope you can help me.

Your build looks fine. You might consider a better case and power supply. The EVGA NEX is a lower end EVGA. As for the Case, this is something if you invest in you can reuse for many builds.

You could use a B250 board and use a non "k" series Intel i7 like the i7 7700 or i5 7500. You could pair it with a GTX 1050ti or 1060.

The 1151 socket is intended to be used for the upcoming generations of new CPU architectures from Intel so that board will be relevant for some time.
