I have two 250gb Samsung 850 Evos and they both show up under device manager and one of them is acting as my C: Drive, but I cant seem to find where the second one is located. I have tried many different sata cables just for the heck of it and have tried all the usual tricks to find it but it seems to not exist anywhere except for the device manager. Any idea what is going on? Thank you!

Hello... What SATA port are you using on the MB? it's not un-common to have different brand/model of hardware controllers installed on the MB, each with different good/Bad features... maybe check the your settings for that SATA input or try a different SATA port for communications too.
Hello... It's an OS security thing... Windows has "security" and you have to give permission to the OS as "administrator" to use/install additional Devices.

1) Right click Computer-Manage-storage-Disk Management... 2) Right click the graphics below for the NEW drive... (*complete partitioning and formatting for the drive if needed)... 3) And "Mark Partition as Active"

* If the Drive already has DATA on it.... Just mark the "Partition active" So you don't lose any of it B )
