According to Crucial's website, my RAM should be 1600MHz, but is instead running at 800MHz according to CPU-Z.

I know that since I have 2 modules it's utilizing Double Data Rate, but the image of Crucial's technical specifications is only for 1 module.
Is it supposed to have the same frequency for one module as two? Because a single one has 1600MHz, while I have two that have both 800MHz when they should both have 1600MHz.
Basically I feel like both of my RAM modules have their speed halved, since the specifications for a single module has double the frequency of both of mine.
