So you start lagging at 80c? Check if it's throttling. Assuming it is thermal throttling, a fan can help if case airflow isn't enough for a passive card.

I have a ati hd 6450 fanless so i wanted to know the temp of faned one so what i wanted to say is the optimum temp of my card at normal is 60°c and while playing games like cod mw2 it rises to 79-80 and the game stucks at every point.
So i bought a fan cpu fan and installed it will it take my gpus temp down
