Okay so I have a few questions about this graphics card, and I would love it if someone could help me out, thanks!

The card i'm talking about is the Galax Nvidia GTX 980 "Hall of Fame".
Whats the difference between that, and then normal Nvidia GTX 980?

thank you

Nvidia makes the Graphics Processing Unit (or GPU). This is the processor that provides all the graphics.

AIB or Add in board partners, take that GPU and package it with different VRMs, coolers, and memory.

Think of buying two different PCs with an i7 CPU, they both have the same core element, but they can differ in how the final product can be.

In your case, the Hall of Fame 980 features a better cooler, VRMs, and higher out of the box clock speeds.
