I posted this to a few other forums, but I'm hoping to get a quicker answer here.

MOBO: X99-A 2 GPU: Two GTX 1070 SLI CPU: i7-6850k
I updated my BIOS to 1504 via the AI Suite because I wanted to also change my BIOS splash screen (stupid, I know). It went to the BIOS to install it, but when it rebooted I got stuck in a loop. I shut the computer down and turned it back on. This seemed to let me boot, but it skipped the splash screen because the monitors won't turn on until I get into Windows. I've tried to get back into the BIOS several different ways, but I can't actually get in there. Maybe it's because the monitors aren't turning on? So maybe I'm actually in the BIOS, but since the monitors aren't on I can't see what's going on. Help!
I also did a BIOS flashback to the previous build 1401but I still run into the same problem.
Forgot to mention that the speaker on the MOBO beeps once, tried to boot (keyboard and mouse light up) and then after a few seconds it beeps again and then boots.
Edit: So I did some troubleshooting and discovered this: I can see the BIOS splash screen and get into it if I plug my monitors into my other GPU. However, Windows won't boot if I do that. I plugged the monitors back into the first GPU and Windows boots up, but no splash screen...

I tried the CMOS reset (both the jumper and the battery) and that didn't seem to do the trick. I'm wondering if it's a driver issue. But it seems weird that one process works on one GPU and the other on the second.
