I have recently installed windows 10 and I don't want anyone to access "my computer properties".
All over the internet I got about editing the registry , which I did once but it actually slowed the pc , every time the pc tried to load something with a blue rotating circle , other active programs get "Not Responding" so I reinstalled windows 10. Can you give me any other solution apart from registry editing? Is it possible through other account by restrictions?
