possibility to play game with less than recommended cpu speed

It depends on the game and processor model. like a 3.8ghz Pentium 4 isn't better than an i7 @ 3.8 and so on. so ghz doesn't really matter

As lfkfkfkffs already stated. Ghz isn't really that important. Does it say that it has to be a quad core or something in the lines of that?
I'd say as long as you have a recently new CPU, you should most likely be fine to play.

well the requirement is of Intel Core2Quad Q8400 @ 2.6 GHz , whilst i have
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6200U CPU @ 2.30GHz... do you think that i have a chance?
