I am very upset with my recent purchase of the HyperX Cloud II. It took me a while but I finally got enough money to buy them. I saw the reviews on YouTube and Amazon and they looked like the best headphones $100 could buy. Now I'm sitting here unable to play games right because they don't work. Properly. The sound quality is fine, so is everything else, except for surround sound/sound location. In games, if someone shoots to the left of me, the sound comes from the right. Same with front and behind. This renders games like CS:GO and in some cases Rust unplayable. Someone please help me, since I seem to be the only one having this problem.

It sounds like the left speaker is receiving the signal intended for the right, and vice-versa. The most likely issue with normal headphones would be that you're wearing them backwards. That said, it's not easy to do that with those headphones, as the mic wouldn't be in the right position.

While doubtful, they could have wired the speakers wrong. If that's the case, you should RMA them.

I wasn't wearing them backwards, but thanks anyways. I RMA'd and I am waiting for a response.
