I mean If I have a processor that's surpassing capability of A GPU, would installing that GPU is good idea would it be helpful anyway, also when we install A GPU does processor pass all graphical work to GPU or it handel work as much it can and then pass the left work to GPU?. Thanks in advance!

All 3d graphical work will be done by the primary GPU regardless (the one the monitor is plugged into). Even if you have a powerful cpu, chances are the GPU is better at doing the graphical work because they are designed for that workload.
