Hello,

I'm not really good with pc's. My friend helped me put my pc together last week, but I have a problem.

I bought a 'MSI Z170 SLI PLUS' and 'Kingston HyperX Fury HX426C15FBK2/16 DDR4 16 GB'. My motherboard works fine with 1(both work) of the ramsticks, but when I put both in.. It won't start and the Dbugled is On. I tried different sloths etc., but nothing is working :( Can anyone help me?

Thanks!

Grtz Jaap

Solution
Hi jaapbakker1993 :)

Go into your Bios and set your XMP profile. If that don't work then try a slight DRAM voltage increase.
They should work at 1.2V but may require 1.25 or 1.3V. Check your SPD info and you may have to change your Primary Timings to suit.
Do you have the latest Bios revision installed.?
