Hi guys.. I need some help I have a
CPU: AMD A8 7600 3.1 Ghz
MOBO: Gigabyte F2A68HM-S1
RAM: Kingston HyperX DDR3 8GB 1866Mhz
GPU: ASUS GT 730 DDR3 2GB 128-BIT
HDD: 500GB SATA 7.2K RPM
PSU: 500W TRUE RATED/POWER (KOREAN PSU)

for some reasons.. I have very low FPS on games.. like DotA 2 , CSGO , Far Cry 3.. Low , Medium , High Quality has the same FPS only about 20 to 30 FPS .. 30 is the highest..

I just want to know what is the problem?? because I have a friend whos specs are..
CPU: AMD ATHLON X2 260 3.2 Ghz
MOBO: Asus M5A78L-M LX
RAM: 4GB DDR3 Kingston 1333Mhz
GPU: Asus Geforce 210 1GB
HDD: 500GB SATA 7.2K RPM
PSU: 600W Generic

But he got 40 to 60 FPS on dota 2 Low settings.. sometimes it will stable on 60fps when not on clash..

We have the same monitor Acer K192HQL 18'5 60Hz 1366x768 VGA

I need your suggestions and advice guys :(

I would not expect you to get lower framerates than your friend gets, considering your PC is (slightly) better - assuming you're running at the same resolution and graphical settings.

That said, the A8 7600 is a pretty slow CPU, and its integrated graphics are probably just as fast as the GPU you have. NV cards marked "GTX" are gaming cards, whereas "GT" cards are not intended for gaming, but rather for media usage (watching video, youtube, netflix) and adding extra display outputs.

Some things you might check on:

1) Download AMD Overdrive and check your thermal margin when gaming. It should be greater than zero - zero means you're overheating.

2) Take a look at CPU and GPU clockspeeds while gaming, and make sure they're getting...

3) Take look in task manager and ensure there aren't any programs running in the background eating up CPU cycles. Too many people load up their PCs with junk utilities that do more harm than good.

4) Perhaps try removing the GT 730 and see if that improves things. It's really a pretty terrible card.

Hello bro Ecky.. I did check the 1 2 and 3 things that you said. First is on thermal margin when I'm on idle it's on 40ish but on gaming it goes to 21ish.
Second, on GPU clock speeds its on the basic clock speed of Asus GT 730 and it's on 98% usage while the CPU it's on the boost clock from 3.1Ghz to 3.8Ghz 70% to 100% usage.
Third I checked all of this and it's not that much it's only the drivers and ccleaner

but the fourth one is .. what should I do ?? I go remove the GT 730 from my system and plug my monitor to the vga port of the board?? and I'll try to play games if it is still the same? or ..
I will just unplug the VGA from my GPU and put it on the port of the board? it is necessary to unplug the GT 730 first before plugging it to the board?

I will wait for your reply. Thank you.

Yes it has the latest drivers from Nvidia and it is plugged from my monitor to the vga port of the GPU

Thermal margin sounds a bit low but still acceptable if the gaming load is 100%. Experience suggests to me that if you're on a full load your CPU is overheating.

Ecky's suggestion of removing the graphics card is just that: remove the graphics card and plug monitor cable into the motherboard.

Oh... I see .. I guess it's because I only used the stock cooler from the box of A8 7600..
thank you for the reply.

You say '500W TRUE RATED/POWER (KOREAN PSU)'
However, what PSU actually is it?
Because I'm pretty sure that a shitty PSU can cause performance issues if it does not deliver the correct power to the components, I've heard people talk of this before.
