No it's a cheap cooler although from a good brand. Only cost a fraction more but it's well worth the cooling performance. Consider one of these 2:

Only other things i notice about your build that you should consider changing are a better quality Power Supply and you have Windows 10 Pro? But for most users Pro holds no value just a waste of money unless it has features you specifically want/need.
