iPhone 5 not charging , but showing it is.

Hello everyone!
I have problem with my iPhone 5 . So , my phone is not charging , but showing it is ( i see charging symbol ) . When my phone is connected to the power , it's slowly slowly drain battery down . I already replace battery , anyway the same problem . I using original cable and adapters , iPhone also have latest updates . Charging port is also cleaned properly .
What the wrong with this phone ?
I start thinking , maybe there's problem with charging chip u2 ?
Please , help to solve. Today i was at the local repair service , they said don't know what to do ..

Did you try a different charger and cord or did the repair lace? If they don't know what to do, just get a used working iPhone 5, they are not that expensive now. Probably cheaper than paying to get the system board replaced in yours.

If you have tried a different charger cord and it is still not working right, it could be your battery is not holding a charge anymore. You have two ways to go here 1: get a case that has a battery in it and work the mobile that way or pay to have a new battery put in. I would go with the case plan for the I phone 5 is no longer being updated. Give it a year or two then all apps with be unusable for they will want the newer OSI system.
