Hey guys,
Does the Asus P5G41T-M LX oc an Intel core 2 duo E8500 CPU well?

Because I have a gigabyte g41mt-s2p motherboard and I didn't know it has few of features..
That Asus motherboard says it already has an Asus turbo key and Overclocking Features SFS (Stepless Frequency Selection)

Nope, and it's not ASUS' fault.

The G41 chipset has a hard FSB wall at around 340MHz = 1360 so ideally you'd want an 800 or 1066 bus processor with the highest multiplier you can find (some of the Wolfdale Pentiums had 16x). So you can see your 9.5 x 1333 bus E8500 can hardly be overclocked at all on it.
