I'm looking for some free software that will check if I have any outdated drivers. I will still be getting the drivers from the manufacture but because a computer has so many drivers I was seeing if there was some software that would save me time. Also I will only be using it once.

Solution
even the manufacturers utilities can be wrong

asus ezupdate keeps telling me i need to install an older version of my audio driver

only 2 of those software driver finders i trust

and even with those you need to be careful to use the advanced option so it only installs the drivers and not suggested/bundled software

snappy drivers

and driverpack solution online version

What make motherboard do you have? Some makers like MSI & Asrock have utilities designed to make sure you have latest drivers for their boards.

I don't trust any of the 3rd party programs as many of them can and will (if you let them)recommend and install wrong drivers. I have been caught twice by them.

Probably best to just do it manually.

Go to your motherboard's support page and find the release dates for each of the drivers listed there. Then check your own device manager to see the driver dates there.

Done and done with nothing extra installed.
