Hi guys so I am having a problem with my TITAN, its detected in device manager but gives me an error 43 when I look at the properties. The fan is spinning at 100%. MSI afterburner doesn't pick up the card, and GPU-Z only gives me minimal info. I can also see the card in my bios.
I have tried updating the drivers. That didn't work. I have also updated my uefi bios. That didn't work, as well as reinstalling windows. Nothing seems to work. Is my card completely broken?
