Delving into VR with a Oculus Rift + Touch. I'm looking to upgrade my current setup (AMD FX-6300) to an Intel i7-7700k.

I don't OC at all. It will get my current video card (AMD R9 390)

I think I whittled it down to 4 motherboards:

ASRock Z270 KILLER SLI/AC

GIGABYTE GA-Z270-Gaming K3 (rev. 1.0)

ASUS TUF Z270 Mark 2

MSI Arsenal Gaming Intel (Z270 TOMAHAWK)

I'm trying to keep the price under $150, so any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Any decent B250 would do what you need minimum (for peace of mind, one with a slighly higher than average power phase count and VRM heatsinks)
But a Z270 board I suppose would be nice if you decided to OC later, but it's not needed.

Just a heavy gamer, and wanting the best experience for VR (Oculus Rift + Touch w/ 3 sensors (3x3.0 USB ports)).

Most of my current hardware will move over except for Ram, CPU, and Motherboard.
