Best budget CPU for rx480

Hello I am new to computer building most of the time I have been gaming on a laptop so I am asking you fellas what CPU budget wise do you recommend for the MSI Rx 480 Oc 8 GB in my country it costs 250 euros and my budget is around 650 to 700

the RX480 will set you 250 back with 400-450 to build a pc. is not going to be easy build.
you may want to look for some used part from ebay or somthing.
just remember a few thing. i wouldn't go for any of the FX series if i were you. (unless is super super cheap like 100-150buk used)

if you want a AMD Ryzen 5 build it will be about 170 (same part as the i3 but take out CPU,mobo,ram) + 169 (Ryzen5 1600) + 100 (MSI B350M) +70 (DDR4 2800) + 250(video card) = 759 total.

If you go for budget build and didnt buy 480 8gb yet go for 4gb, i5 stock clock compared i7 is much lower so i suggest going for 6600k/7600k and z170/270 mobo. It will cost around 50 euro more. Once overclocked u can get extra 800mhz over 7500 on budget cooler.
Just my personal opinion.

You should wait for the ryzen 5 it's supposed to come out on April 11 and it's supposed to be quite cheap and have similar performance to some i7 models
