Well atm you can use 1050 ti to play almost each recent game on lower graphic settings, but 1060/480 give best performance/$ .
Same thing about g4560/i3 it will run recent games on lower settings fine, but i5 will perform great on higher settings.
So personally i think 1060/480 + i5 is the best budget setup. Aprox 600-700USD will be enough.
