So I got this great deal for a XFX Radeon HD 6870 for 25$. Like always, I cleaned all the dust from it, removed the pre-aplied thermal paste and applied some CoolerMaster High Performance. During gameplay of GTA V, Overwatch and Rocket League, I used OpenHardwareMonitor and I got 69º as the peak for the GPU. Is it ok or is it above average? Every help is welcome

69c is not at all a bad temp. If you're hitting high 80s, all the way up to 95c, then you should worry.
