Let me be quick I built my own PC but I have limited knowledge on monitors. I purchased this

I do have a XFX RX 480-8gb. Most games look and work great BUT. I get screen tearing with more simple games locked at 60 FPS . another game I Play 20XX looks blurry because of the fast movement. I am connected by HDMI
Here are my questions
Will a display port fix anything?
Is this monitor 75 hz? if so how do I use it.
How do I use amd freesync I know very little about this.
any other tips or tricks can help
Other notes, I do play doom and titanfall 2, maxed out for the most part. I have no complaints about these games.
