Will this work i am updating my current configuration
Asus P8H61-M LX3/SI Motherboard (Old)
Asus Radeon R7 250/x(New)
4gb RAM(Old)
Sata II 320 gb HDD(Old)
Intel I5 2400(New/already bought)
400w Bluebarry PSU PSB400(Old)

If someone has some recomendations go ahead my first build still learning how stuff works (PSU selection giving me nightmares). When i buy all the components that i plan it leaves me with about 40-50 € to buy either a new MB or PSU

Solution
You should buy the new PSU for your PC. Because the old one has only 17Amp on the +12 rail, so it may have problem to handle your r7 250X.
For your budget 40-50 €, may buy either one of them, you should be fine.
