Hello Everyone!

So this issue just started while playing competitive. I've done a few things to make sure it's not on my end but it's occurring.

What I've Done:
- Restart my Router
- Ensured firewall's weren't interfering
- ipconfig /release /renew
- Ensured Windows 10 is updated
- Ensured wasn't ISP's end (they stated everything is fine)
- Ensured that my data package from my ISP is receiving all packets.
- Ensured on net_graph 1 that there is 0% packet loss

I've noticed that this is occurring online only, when locally playing with bots there is no issues.

Please! I'm open to all suggestions.

Thanks!

Solution
Rubber banding is a problem between you (your ISP possibly) and the server you're playing on.

Try different servers, make sure you're not connecting to a region of servers you're not near, ect.
Check other PC's on your network to see if any are using network traffic. Or you can test by making sure you are the only one connected to the router, especially if the rubber-banding is easily repeatable or reproducible.
