Hello everyone.
So I recently just got my RX 480 and use it it in my new pc build. The problem is that everytime I try to benchmark it, I will get very low fps. For example, when I use 3D mark, I used firestrike and I would get a average of 3-5 fps only. Using something easier like heaven benchmarking, I could only get around 20-25 flat fps. I have tested some games like gta in ultra and I only have been getting 15-25 fps. Any solutions would help. Thanks!

Gpu: i5 6600K
Motherboard: Asus Z170 Pro Gaming
Gpu: Radeon RX 480
Ram: 16 GB kingston hyperfuryX
PSU: Corsair 650W
