1060 3GB Nvidia Evga Questions

So I got this around Christmas and it was doing very well but around 4 weeks after it started to drop FPS some. Like on CSGO it takes me around 2 minutes until I can start a game because the main menu gets laggy, Is this normal? i also have a i7-2600 and 8GB of RAM.

Is ur C: Drive full? Have you checked any processes that work weirdly much under this time?

CTRL+ALT+Delete Task manager - Processes. Check if something is working weirdly much of the processes when you get this lag.
Cause if you didnt have this problem before its most likely something you installed since Christmas. Just a guess.
