Case Fan Rattling Question

I rebuilt my gaming PC. I am re-using my Corsair 600T case. I have three case fans. I have an Aerocool Shark 82.6 CFM 120mm Fan mounted for exhaust in the rear. I also have two Aerocool Silent Master 200B 76.0 CFM 200mm Fans. One Silent Master fan is mounted in the bottom front for intake and the other one is mounted at the top for exhaust. When I rebuilt my PC, I replaced the previous fans which were the same models. Shortly after I did the rebuild I noticed the rear fan was making a slight rattling noise and replaced it with an identical model. I also noticed slight rattling noises from the top and front fans and replaced them with identical models as well. Currently I can't make out any rattling noise from the front and rear fans. However, I am still noticing a slight rattle noise when I place my ear near the top case fan. As far as I can tell, the fans are all screwed to the case properly and no wires are interfering with the blades. Could this rattle be due to the fact that the top fan is mounted horizontally in a face down position instead of a vertical position like the front fan or did I just pick up another defective fan? None of the fans are making a large rattling or clicking noise that I can hear from halfway across the house, but as a safety precaution to avoid potential damage to my PC, I thought I should ask you all on this forum. Thanks in advance.

The Silent Master fans have sleeve bearings. Sleeve bearings need to be mounted in a vertical position (front or back slots) in order to keep oil in the bearing. If they are mounted vertically, the oil pools at one end of the axle, and the other end wears out quickly. When the bearing wears down, it will make a rattling sound that gets worse over time as the bearing eats itself.

The Shark fans have an FDB bearing, and those will work in any orientation.
