If you don't plan on changing the motherboard, an 860k should be fine. Otherwise, I would suggest a Pentium G4560. Instead of a firepro or a quadro, try aiming for a GTX 1050 or an RX 460. Those will be a lot better for gaming. If you can't get those, then from the link you attached it looks like the firepro would be a little better. As for frame rate, I'm not entirely sure what you would be getting, but I would guess you could play at low to medium settings with decent frames in most modern games.

Do you think you can get a motherboard for the 860k? It is a lot better that the 740.

What kind of games do you plan to play? A 750k most likely will work if you turn some settings down, as for GPUs there aren't a lot of great options under $50, unless you are a light gamer and do things like Gmod, minecraft, etc. I have a GT 720, so I have to run a lot of my games in windowed mode unless it's a game like minecraft or gmod. I also have a core i5 4460.

Good sub $50 GPUs don't exist.
You might be able to find a second hand 750ti or RX 460, but i'm doubtful.
Get the Pentium G4560, a B250 DS3H motherboard and 8GB of DDR4 RAM if you can.
