IMO the 1050 conveys the best bang for the buck in price-to-performance when it comes to value and entry-leveled gaming. Anything below it is not so good - to be honest. You could get a 750 ti for $90 but it's pretty old/outdated at modern/future games.

my recommendation: save for a 1050 if you can or get a used/refurbished card if you're shooting for a tight budget. The 1050 is the sweet spot for budget, while the gtx 1060 & rx 480 are known as the "mainstream" products for pc gaming at max 1080p/1440p currently.
The rx 460 is essentially the rx 470 cut in half. Performance performs lower than the 1050. You can get it around $90 at the low end. It was released at $110, but after the 1050/1050 ti came out, AMD had to drop the prices to reflect its lower performance. Look at benchmarks. As much as i cautiously/conservatively root for AMD, the 1050 is the best value for its performance IMO in the market.
