Will this be able to transfer my one Ethernet cable into multiple connections I can plug into ???
Please Help!

as long as the other end of that cable is connected to a modem/router then yes. although i do recommend getting the gigabit version of that switch

Yes, that will do it, but the one you linked only goes up to 100Mbps. You want a switch that goes up to 1000Mbps or Gigabit Ethernet.

that gigabit switch is newer technology so it would be more reliable then the 100mb one you linked to.

True, but you do. There is a difference between "MB" (MegaByte) and "Mb" (Megabit). Your Internet speed is measured in Bytes. Your Ethernet speed is measured in bits. There are 8 bits to a byte, so loosely translated, your 30MB up is actually 240 Mb.
