More expensive. You could paint the ram green. Probably could do a similar thing with it for the AMD build instead of getting RGB RAM.

Should be able to get 4.2 GHz with this pretty easily. I have the same mobo and CPU with an NH-D15 and got 4.2 with good temps pretty easily.
