I'm looking at my processor in my system settings and I see that it's model and then "@ 3.20GHz 3.60GHz."
Why are there to clock speeds. I set it to run at 3.60 so what's the 3.20? I know that's the default clock speed but I'm just confused as to what it's telling me by displaying both numbers in the system information.
