I have Kingston 4gb ram ddr3 1333 and I have another 4gb ram ddr3 1333 Zepellin Brand.
Then I saw in Cpu-Z in the SPD tab slot 1 it says the cas latency is 6,7,8,9 then in slot 2 which is the Zepellin brand has 7,8,9,10

my question is , Is that stable? and will work properly?

my build
Mobo: Ga-h61m-ds2 r3
Proc: Intel i3-3240
GPU: Geforce gt420

Solution
Yes it will work but note it will limit the speed/latency to the slowest chip which wouldn't make much difference in your case anyway since they are the same frequency (1333 MHz) but the latency will be the higher chips (lower is better) if im not mistaken. So they should run in sync at 1333 MHz at CAS 9 or possibly 10. :)

I don't see why you would. I have a mate running 2x2GB 1600 MHz Kingston with 2x2GB 1333 MHz Patriot with different timings and they run just fine but it's locked to the slower speeds of the Patriot kit obviously.
