Can't Boot From USB

So I just got done building my pc and when I started it up I was so happy. I went to go boot up my usb flash drive which has win 10 on it and it wasnt there, only the WD hard drive... The keyboard and mouse work so I know it isnt the ports, and ive tried the usb drive in different slots. I dont know what to do

Mobo: MSI Z170 Gaming Series
CPU: Intel Pentium G4560 3.5Ghz
GPU: GTX 1050
Memory: 8GB(2x 4GB) HyperX
Storage: WD 1TB
Power: EVGA 430w

Hey guys so I bought the motherboard from a local pc store and the guy updated the bios for me. Also Adiec thats what im saying is that my usb is plugged in but its like my pc doesnt detect it. Like when I go to select boot device only my hdd shows up
